The Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) is mandated to serve as the primarily local government arm in formulating, implementing, monitoring policies, programs, and projects for youth development within the jurisdiction of the Local Government Unit (LGU). It shall ensure the effective participation of the youth in local governance and development by providing technical and administrative support to the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) and the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK).
Workshops and seminars to build confident, responsible youth leaders.
Training in technical, digital, and vocational skills for future careers.
Activities that engage the youth in nation-building and public service.
A dynamic, educated, empowered, and socially responsible youth sector of Talibon that actively participates in local governance and community development, contributing to a progressive, inclusive, and sustainable municipality.
To develop, educate, and empower the youth of Talibon by promoting leadership, participation, and volunteerism; ensuring their involvement in governance and development processes; and implementing responsive programs that enhance their skills, values, and opportunities for holistic growth.
A well-engaged, educated, and empowered youth sector that actively contribution to the formulation and implementation of local development policies, program, and activities - resulting in improved youth participation, leadership, and socio-economic opportunities accross the municipality.
